Originally part of the Santa Margarita Ranch, Riata is steeped in California history. The ranch was established as part of Father Junipero Serra’s famed Mission Trail in the late 1700s and has since occupied a distinct place in the history of the Golden State.
Today, this 1,400 acre working ranch combines the same breathtaking scenery that drew settlers long ago with modern and stylish spaces designed for your entertaining and enjoyment.
